This SAKE is made with special brewing rice
called “IWAI MAI” whish is used by many
high-end SAKE producers. This produces an
ultra premium, high-end sake that is extremely
smooth and delicate in taste with a fruity and
flowery fragrance. KOTO SEN NEN is one of our
most selling sake for our Licensee (Restaurant)

ACIDITY : 1.2 / SAKE METER VALUE : +4.0
SAKE MILLING : 45%
HOW TO DRINK : Serve chilled or on the rocks.
