In 1895, SAITO SAKE founder, Soutaro Saito (9th generation Saito family)” established his sake brewery business in the town of Fushimi, a location well-known for its high quality water called “Fusui”, the under ground spring water.  With its moderate climate and beautiful natural surrounding in Kyoto greatly contributes to the delicate and quality taste of Saito Sake and captures the essence of premium sake quality at its best.

Ginjo-Shu + “Yuzu” Japanese Citrus Fruits = You’s time
It’s the new sense Liqueur that it’s not just Ginjo-Shu brewed from the finest rice, but also it’s blended with Japanese Citrus fruits; “YUZU”.  This is full of acidity with citron fruit juice.  The fragrance of the citron makes you relax & enjoy a fresh feeling to the fullest.  This is extremely smooth & easy to drink, even for people who are  not used to drinking Japanese Sake. DRAFT EIKUN 300ml 

This Draft Sake is brewed from Brewing Rice polished to 65% of its original size, giving the Sake a smooth texture with a fresh aroma.  We use underground spring water, “SHIRAGIKUSUI” which was voted as the 1st selected pure water in Japan.  A clean tasting Sake, with a fresh aroma is created through a maturation period at a lower temperature.  This well balanced Sake with a fresh fragrance is the one you are looking for.

USUNIGORI 300 / 720ml

OTAKA720ml / 1.8L

This is Honjozo Sake, but  is also a type of "SHIZUKU/Drop" Sake. This type of Sake is not pasteurized in the normal manner, but rather through pressing  the Sake through a fine filter cloth. In doing so the Sake is left with creamy ingredients which gives the Sake a cloudy appearance. Shake the bottle before you drink to enjoy a well-balanced.
